Ordering Process

 

Search and Browse for Items

If you're looking for a specific item, enter a few words into the search box on the B2Badda.com home page and we'll show you all the matching results. If you want to browse a category, click Shop All Category at the top of our home page and select a product category.

Note: The only information we have about a particular item is what we display on the product detail page for that item. If you don't find certain details you are looking for on our product detail page, please contact us.

 

·Availability Estimates

 

The estimated availability of each product tells you the time required for a product to be available with us and allows you to estimate the time it takes to receive your order.

Here's a list of availability estimates you may see while shopping on B2Badda.com.

In any of the above cases, we will inform you by e-mail if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order become unavailable. To keep you informed of the status of your order, we will send you one confirmation e-mail on your purchase, and another one, once we have shipped your order. In this e-mail, we will indicate the estimated delivery date, the contents of your package and the delivery option chosen by you.

 

 

Place an Order by Adding Items to Cart

To place an order, add all the required items to your Cart and proceed to checkout.

About the Cart

You can add up to 45 unique items to your Cart from any product detail page. The Cart is accessible from the top right corner of our website page as long as you are signed in.

Placing an available item in your Cart does not reserve that item or guarantee that you will get the item at the same price. Our prices and inventory may change frequently. The items requested are only assigned to your order after you click "Place Order and Pay", and complete the payment.

Note : Quantities of products cannot be changed once the order is placed. The maximum quantity limit is 999 units if ordering a single ASIN, and a total of 500 units if ordering more than one ASIN.

Modify an item in your Cart

To change the quantity of the item in you Cart, change the number in the Quantity box and click Update.

Note: We strive to provide our customers with great prices, and sometimes that means we limit the ordering quantity of products to ensure that the majority of our customers have an opportunity to order products on our website.

Delete an item from your Cart:

Note: Saving an item to your Cart does not guarantee that the item is blocked for you, neither does it lock the price. It will continue to be available to other customers, and might go out of stock or the price might change.

Note: If you are ordering many products, you can search for products or sort them across different dimensions on the review page - to help narrow down products you want to review.

Cancel Existing Orders

You can cancel an entire order or part of an order only if the payment has not been successfully processed.

An order or part of an order cannot be canceled if the order status is "Awaiting Payment Confirmation".

However, you can choose to partially cancel it if the payment status is "Revise Payment*".

To cancel select items from an order:

  1.  Go to Past Orders in Manage Account
  2.  Select the order you wish to edit
  3. Select the items you wish to cancel
  4. Click on Cancel Order button

If the payment is successfully processed you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can still avail a full refund for your order by returning the items to us once the order is delivered to you. You can also refuse the accept the order during delivery and we will refund the order.

 

View and Download Order Details

If you wish to view details of your order:

  1.  Select Order History in Manage Account
  2.  A list of all your past orders will be visible. Click on View Order Details on the order you wish to review

You can review the following information upon clicking on View Order Details:

 

Track Status of Shipments

To track the delivery status of your order:

  1.  Click on Past Orders in Manage Account.
  2.  A list of all your recent orders will be displayed
  3. Click on Track Package next to the item(s) you wish to track

 

Sort Orders

You can sort the past orders by:

  1.  Oldest First.
  2.  Newest First

 

Manage Orders

You can view and modify your orders from the Order History page in the Manage Account section. The Order History page provides the following options:

 

Cancel Existing Orders

Return an Item

 

How to return an item:

To return an item you ordered:

  1. Go to Manage Account page
  2. Select Order Management
  3. On the Order Management page, select Return Items
  4. Enter the details requested on this page
  5. Select "Call" option to contact us and raise a return request
  6. Call - You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives. We will assist you in returning the order. 
     
  7. E-mail Once your request for return is received by us, a customer service representative will share the return process over e-mail within 24-48 hours. This e-mail will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation.

 

You can get a refund for the full value of the product(s) being returned.

A refund will be initiated when the return package is received and processed at our fulfilment centre. It typically takes 2 business days for the return to reach our fulfilment centre.

 

Optional Order Tags

Purchase Order Number and Shipping ID

When ordering from B2BAdda.com, you can choose to add a Shipping ID and/or a Purchase Order Number to your order on the Cart page, Place a Bulk Order page, and on the Review Order page.
